Sleek and Sweet Denver Wedding Filled with Celebration and Surprises

Greg and Drew had a truly gorgeous wedding on a beautiful winter day. It was a day that went perfectly according to plan, but also held a few surprises (keep reading to hear about these three surprises)! The ceremony was short and sweet, lovingly officiated by Drew’s mother. Surprise #1 came in the form of their adorable ring bearer, their dog Oliver. Instead of walking down the aisle with the wedding party, Oliver was sitting at the back of the aisle. When it was time for the rings to be exchanged, Oliver was set loose! Eventually, he made his way up front to his dads and gave them the rings, but not before running around and greeting as many guests as he could. After the ceremony, Greg and Drew were whisked outside to make the most of golden hour. Who would have thought that their romantic portrait session would result in them and their photo/video team being swarmed by security?! Not to worry, once security found out they had just gotten married, they congratulated them and all was well! The reception kicked off with their first dance, vocals sung live by their amazing friend Vic. Dinner was a delicious collection of stations, and then their wedding party began the toasts. They were heartfelt, emotional, and hilarious. And the third surprise came during the final speech. One of the groomsmaids delivered a moving speech about getting to know the couple, and discovering that Greg loved to prank people. She was on the receiving end of his pranks quite often, and noted that Greg always had the last laugh. But not this time! She (and the rest of the wedding party, including Drew!) all pulled out Nerf blasters and quickly fired on the very surprised Greg! Never have we seen a toast that ended in a groom getting blasted by Nerf darts, but it was a spectacular end to the speeches. The rest of the night was spent dancing and singing and celebrating, complete with delicious cookies for dessert and a sparkler grand exit. Congratulations Greg and Drew!
