Beautiful Fall Mountain Wedding
Kristin and Nick got married on a beautiful day in September at Spruce Mountain Ranch with a lovely mountain side ceremony. Kristin was radiant and comfortable in her Grace Loves Lace dress. Nick couldn’t take his eyes off her! This wedding was full of personal touches: The officiant was a good friend of theirs, made sure to honor a groomsman who had unexpectedly passed away during the wedding planning. Nick and Kristin’s dog was in the wedding processional and signed the marriage license, as well as woofed any time the ceremony crowd cheered - so cute! A family friend, who also did the flowers for the bride’s parents’ wedding, provided the flowers. A very sweet slideshow looped during cocktail hour and the groom started tearing up when he saw it. The bride’s mother secretly commissioned a custom portrait of the couple in front of their venue, and displayed it during cocktail hour (the bride and groom were the last to see it but absolutely loved the sweet surprise!). Because the seating chart didn’t quite make it in time via the mail, guests were each approached and escorted to their table personally. Guests enjoyed the gorgeous weather, a delicious buffet dinner, and cookies from Crumbl Cookies for dessert. Nick and Kristin successfully “Beat the Song” as they raced from table to table getting a picture with every guest at their wedding. Dancing took place in the courtyard under the glow of market lights, a full moon, and the stars. At the end of the night, guests waved glow sticks for a colorful and cheerful grand exit, but not even the glow sticks shone as brightly as the newlyweds. Congratulations, Nick and Kristin, it was an absolutely lovely day!
