We can’t wait to get to know you and coordinate your wedding day so you get to enjoy every moment! Our team of experts are here to make sure all the final details are ready to go and you have everything you need. We’ll then manage each aspect of your wedding day to ensure it goes smoothly!
#2- Day-of Services only:

Contract, proposal and invitation review throughout planning process
Initial planning meeting to go through all of your details- about 3 months out
Preparation Meetings with Vendors
Create floor plan and day of timeline
Reminders for vendor final payments
Vendor confirmations and check-ins
Coordinate all logistics for day of
Coordinate transport of décor & supplies
Facilitate rehearsal
Set up of your personal décor alongside Wilds Team
Coordinate flow of wedding with all vendors
Assist wedding party & family when getting ready
Communicate day of timeline with all vendors
Coordinate ceremony procession
Handle any issues that may arise during wedding
Assist guests with any needs
Pack up all gifts & décor and load them into a car at the end of the night
Coordinate cleanup
Ensure venue is left spotless
Follow up with all vendors after wedding if needed
#1- Custom Wilds Package:
$2500
(regularly $5,500)
Budget design and management + payment deadline tracking
Finding your perfect vendors by researching, checking availability, and obtaining proposals and contracts. We’ll present the best options based on budget, style, and services for you to pick your favorite.
Complete stationery management including sourcing and/or designing save the dates, invitations, and day-of printing needs. We’ll order, assemble, send out, and track your RSVPs plus make your wedding website.
Creating a complete and unique wedding design plan to perfectly fit your personalities and style.
After you love your design plan, we’ll source all the required pieces, create anything we may need to, and find any vendors to make it come to life.
Obtaining proposals from all needed vendors plus review them with you, talk through the best options, and review the contract for red flags.
Scheduling and attending venue and vendor appointments/meetings.
Help with planning any weekend activities such as welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, or day after brunch.
Coordinating all transportation, logistics, and timelines.
Help with determining a ceremony processional order and perfect flow to the wedding day.
Communication with all vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page and working together.
