Where did you grow up? What do you consider to be your hometown?

I grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan and truly love it there. I went to Purdue University in Indiana for college, and moved to Littleton, CO right after graduation.

How long have you lived in Colorado? What do you love about it?

I have been in Colorado for just over a year and a half and I love everything about the mountains. I grew up skiing in Michigan and always dreamed of living out west as a kid. I spend almost all of my free weekends skiing, camping, or hiking, and it truly doesn't get better than this!

How do you feel best encouraged? How do you like to encourage others?

I feel best encouraged by feeling like I'm making a difference. Words of affirmation that let me know my hard work is being appreciated and helping others makes me want to keep going. I like to encourage others with acts of service, helping out where I can, or bringing them a sweet treat when they need one.

Why do you like most about the wedding industry? Do you have any favorite trends?

I love that there are so many different ways to put on a wedding, but all weddings are ultimately celebrating the love of two people. I think it's amazing to be a part of that celebration while bringing the couple's vision to life. My favorite trend right now is people's new found love of disco balls!

What do you like to do in your free time? What are your hobbies? What is something that always cheers you up?

In my free time I am almost always outside skiing, playing pickleball, laying by the pool, or finding my new favorite hike. I also love crafting, reading, and listening to Taylor Swift. Something that always cheers me up is a good chocolate milkshake.
